Das sechste Video von Troy gewährt uns einen kleinen Einblick in den Soundtrack zum neuen Film. Mit dabei ist wieder Jeff Dana, der auch schon für den letzten Soundtrack verantwortlich zeichnete. Im Video wird gerade ochestrale Musik aufgezeichnet. Troy freut sich dabei wie ein kleines Kind, er scheint sehr gut gelaunt zu sein! Er zeigt das große Mischpult und macht Späße mit Jeff.

The Boondock Saints II soll ab 01.11.2009 in den USA im Kino laufen!

Gerade erreicht uns die Nachricht von Troy Duffy, dass er mit den Filmarbeiten zu Boonock Saints II – All Saints day diesen Sommer beginnt. Er hat es geschafft einen Deal mit Sony zu machen. Er wünscht uns allen einen schönen St. Patrick’s Day und ich denke mit dieser Nachricht werden wir ihn auch haben.

Die boondockfans.com Seite funktioniert nicht mehr richtig u. a. wurde das Ankündigungsvideo gelöscht, Links funktionieren nicht mehr, außerdem enthält das Forum nun jugendgefährdendes Material. Desweitern finden sich lateinische Texte auf der Startseite. Vermutlich wurde die Seite gehackt…

I hope this message finds everyone well ON this St. Patrick’s Day. We have a very special announcement today.
Over the last bunch of years, everytime I talked to the fans and they really only want to know the answer to one question: Where’s our damned sequel? There’s even been the frustrated kind of fan who has been hearing this for years and there’s always rumors about the sequel that never gets done and so that they kind of abandoned the hopes for it.
Well and I finally have the answer to that question, the guys. We’ve just completed our deal with Sony Pictures Studios to do the sequel to “Boondock 2: All Saints’ Day “and which should be shooting this summer.
Feels very good to be able to say that to you guys. I called Sean, Norm and Billy right away. They’re all extremely excited. I’m beginning my own prep ON the film and getting into the casting process. There’s a bunch of funky new roles that you’re gonna see, and I think you’re gonna really like. And, man, you know and it just feels good to be able to say that finally after all this time. We are doing this thing.
So, I guess, you know, in closing and happy St. Patrick’s Day. Boondock’s getting done. So raise a glass to us tonight. And have a safe and drunk celebration. Good day!
